If you decide that the pulley on your blower is not appropriate for your application, you will need a pin spanner to keep it from rotating while you use an allen key to turn the bolt holding the pulley to the blower shaft. You can get an appropriate pin spanner at a bicycle shop, I found tha the Park Tool SPA-2 would work.
