Things to test and measure at dyno test

break this document into goals and procedures
It would also be good to convert the procedures into step by step.

Wire O2 sensor so always on

calibrate tach on timing light
check timing light against Randy's
attach dmm and unsigned
click reading when start logging with usigned
some positions click twice or thrice
get O2 sensor logs of each run
calibrate O2 sensor with dyno test results

calibrate Heathkit versus shop CO meter.
Diddle with Idle mixture and get various data points.

maybe try run with intake valves set at .012"
measure advance curve
What full advance works best?

dyno runs with and without vacuum advance
dyno runs at 5 and 10 inches of vacuum
Use my piston rise guage to get readings every 1/8"
of piston rise rather than at set RPMs
Do all needles rise to about the same amount at the
  same RPM at similar conditions?
5in vac, 10 inch vac, full throttle
Run each needle at 1 full turn doan (.05"?)
  2 full turns (.09") and 3 full turns (.125")

What profiles give nearly stoichiometric or a little
leaner at 5-10 in vacuum

14.5 F/A is 0% CO (by heathkit)
13.1 F/A is 4% CO
12.4 F/A is 6% CO

What CO and O2 readings give most power at full
throttle
What profiles give the most power

Where on needle is 3500-4000 rpm at cruise (5-10in vac?)
Where on needle is full throttle at
  2000, 3000, 4000 RPM

How does race gas change mixture?

reprofile needle tune for power
Test for transient pinging
  What F/A ratio stops pinging?
  What mixture oil in carb?

If having problems try tightening intake valves to .012"

Put two gallons of race gas in and get runs with the
small blower pulley
