My New van

I had put the following up on my webpage:

I'm looking for a van

I need a van for carrying passengers, hauling lumber and towing racecars and transporting other large toys. Since this will be the vehicle that I use to rescue my other vehicles when they break, it must be reliable. What I'm looking for:
3/4 ton or 1 ton van, i.e. not a minivan,
I need to be able to tow 4-5,000 lbs (2,500 lb car + trailer)
larger than 300 ci (5 liter) V-8
8 - 12 passenger
removable seats
tow hitch
trailer brakes
windows (most vans with seats have them)

I've been wanting another van for about four years now. I wanted something reliable, that can carry stuff, that is comfortable and that I can tow the MG with. It was beginning to look like I'd need to buy a new van because it was so hard to find one that met all of my specifications. New vans (3/4 ton) started at about $26,000, the dealers I talked to said that if they had a used van, it would be $16,000 - 18,000.

I remembered that my friend Phill (who I used to work with) worked on a webpage for selling cars. I asked him for the URL, http://www.automallcity.com and checked it out.

and found the following ad:
