I'll be hosting a party Saturday July 11, 2026 in Riverside
at 3355 Grampion road.
It is off Blaine (3rd) across from and just before the LDS church
Note that the opportunity to dance will be provided,
as will the opportunity to learn.
But if dancing isn't your thing, there will be plenty of people there that don't.
At 6PM I will teach a dance class for anyone interested, no experience or partner needed.
I'll focus on things like lead/follow connection so that people that don't know any
partner dances can at least get out and dance with someone.
If anyone else wants to do something in the way of lessons, let me know.
At 8PM the party officially starts.
I'll be making my traditional chilli, very flavorfull, chiliheads will consider it moderate. Spice wimps will think it's hot. Cheddar and sourcream will be provided.
Depending on my free time during the week, I'll make a few other things to eat or snack on.
This is my first party with dancing in SoCal, so we'll play it by ear depending on who shows up. I have two areas that can be set up for dancing, if we end up with two crowds of dancers with divergent tastes in music.
If you'd like to DJ, please let me know. When it comes to DJ'ing, I'm a pretty good photographer.
Any food, drinks or snacks you want to bring will be gratefully appreciated.
